The Chartered Institute of Management (CIM) is the only“chartered”institution of professional management incorporated by Letters Patent under provisions of the Canadian Law. Fellow and Honorary Fellow Members are entitled to designate themselves as“Chartered Manager”or“C.Mgr”, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. Chartered Manager has elevated business administration to the level of other chartered professions. The chartered status means that you have achieved: A standard of professional competency recognized by a professional body; A professional certification in the knowledge and skills for the performance standards; A recognized qualification for all legal and professional purposes.
