The Fellowship award is open to candidates who have at least 10 years of working experience and meet one of the following criteria:
- A Master's level thesis of 15,000 to 20,000 words approved by the Institute; or
- A Bachelor's degree and have passed the Fellowship examination; or
- Solid business knowledge and working experience to be certified by the Council.
