Application Procedures


  1. Application must be submitted in the prescribed form, together with two recent colour photographs (passport size).

  2. A resume summarizing the applicant’s accomplishments, the impact of those accomplishments and supporting documents, should be submitted with the application.

  3. Interviews will be arranged at the discretion of the Selection Committee.

  4. CIM reserves the right to withdraw or revoke any award that has been made or presented.

  5. Application fee of CAN$180 should be made payable by a cross cheque to Chartered Institute of Management. (The application fee is non-refundable).
