To be regarded as an authority on management standards development. To provide information, consultation, training and advice vital to the effective day-to-day fulfillment of the management role. To provide a system of examinations and evaluations, for the issuance of certificates of proficiency in management. To provide opportunities for contact between the members of the Institute and to form branches for the purpose.
